I guess that whole Global Warming brew-haha is getting on my nerves, (you know... with half the country covered in snow and ice, and politicians trying desperately to scare the crap out of us to help empty our pockets to fund their anti-human agenda with all the half-truths, the conveniently left out facts about the so-called hockey stick theory (amung others), and constant rhetoric that we, as humans driving our SUVs here and on Mars, are responsible for something that has been clearly and plainly happening in thousands of years cycles as far back as we can measure) because I went out and bought one last night in fear of not surviving as a species into the next year. Why take chances, right? (Sorry about the rant. Sort of.)
Anyway, I got one of the newly released White and Blue models with the upgraded suspension, along with some new gear for the wife and kids. I had originally wanted the Orange and Black one, but was talked out of it by my wife. And since she does the finances, she gets the final word.
I've got ~20 hours of engine break-in to do before our next desert trip in two weeks, so after that (and likely during), you can expect a few updates on this quad.

Raptor 700R SE
Yamaha has brought sport ATVs to the next level with the new fuel injected 2007 Raptor 700R SE. This is clearly the Cadillac model of the new sport class quads, with all the power you’ll need along with a very comfortable and natural ride. This quad is not just a bigger size for the Raptor 660 motor; it’s a complete re-build.
