Yamaha Fighting Injured After ATV Brake Defect Cases

After a recall 3 years ago over faulty rear brakes on Yamaha Raptor 660R ATVs, the manufacturer is still trying to hold out against lawsuits against them for injuries received as a result of the faulty brakes.

Seems to me that if they issued a recall on the item, they know it's a problem. Why fight the lawsuit? Inquiring minds want to know.l

Is there any chance the Yamaha Raptor 700 would have faulty brakes like the 660? My son had a terrible accident and blames the brakes.

  2. Matt Says:

It is possible that there’s a problem with the brakes, yes. The 660 is a huge, powerful machine. It’s meant for adult riders. Let me ask you this.. is it also possible that it is too big for your son and that is the cause of his terrible crash? I hope he’s ok.

I sure would like to find a Class Action Lawsuit over the Brake Defect on the Yamaha Raptor 660. These Useless Calgary Lawyers are B.S. and not Artists about it either.
