Why Build an ATV Track?

Every day I see articles about people and groups trying to close this OHV park or prevent that OHV park from opening or trying to convince us that ATV related injuries are increasing instead of decreasing. Today I saw something that might help change some of The rhetoric and lies. (Yes, lies):
The Armstrong County Commissioner Rich Fink correctly points out that having ATVs riding on a specifically designed course as opposed to riding through miles of un-attended forest and trails is safer for both riders AND the communities. I hadn't thought of that angle before. It's usually been about money and the how much an OHV park can bring to a community.
Having a central location where OHVers can ride helps reduce injuries, gets help to injured people faster, keeps people off the roads and trails, AND brings money to the community.
A win win win situation.

I agree, well groomed, has some emergency type of assistance if there is an accident. Sounds good to me.
