I am sorry, but I do not believe anything good could come from such a bill. My family loves how the State of Utah is all about safety and family values. This bill, no where shows any concerns for the safety of those who would choose to drive such a vehicle. I have spoken with some of my neighbors about the bill and what I have found is that there are not many people who would support such a bill. I recommend that all that are against this bill, send information to all that they know. Our law makers who support this bill need to rethink about how the families of the injured or deceased are going to react after experiencing a family tragedy with what they have made legal. No where is there any support from any of the manufacturers on using their all terrain vehicles on public highways. If this bill passes, I will have lost all hope for the continued safety of our communities.
