The Truth About ATV Accident Statistics You Won’t Find at ATVSafetyNet.org

ATVs can be fun and exciting when done safely
This is not the first time I've taken ATVSafetyNet.org to task to put real facts on their web site. An Arizona News outlet reports a 10 percent decline in ATV related injuries to kids under 16 using the same information that ATVSafetyNet.org says shows an increase.
I'm sure this will go completely ignored again, just as it has been in the past. The information used is from the same 2005 study that ATVSafetyNet.org uses to try to trick you in to thinking ATV related injuries are statistically rising. They cite the increase in the number of injuries, but completely ignore the fact that the number of ATVs in use has risen faster than the number of injures. This is a lie by omission by ATVSafetyNet.org.
ATVSafetyNet.org (Concerned Families for ATV Safety) say on their web site that they are providing information and resources to make informed decisions about their children and ATVs. They're not. They're trying to get you to falsely believe that all ATVs are big, adult-sized power monsters and that kids have no business being on them.
