Old Track Opposed by New Homes
I recently wrote an article for ATV Source Magazine about a 30+ year old motocross track that is now facing opposition from home-owners in an area that is a relatively new housing project, built right up next to the track.
The track has been there since 1973. The houses have been popping up over the last decade or so. Now the residents are mad about the track and want it shut down.
I'm sorry, but if you're stupid ignorant enough to buy a house next to a racetrack without thinking about the noise, dust etc, then you deserve to be there.
Why bring this up? Because I just posted a rant that is basically the same thing; where someone buys a house (or property and is in the process of building said house), next to an off road course, then complains because of their stupidity ignorance.
It's pathetic. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions!
