Motocross Track to Stay Open "Until Supreme Courts Says ‘Go to Jail’"
Earlier this month I updated a story about a guy with a defiant owner of an ATV course who refuses to close a track on his private property. Well he's not giving in. In fact, he has recently re-affirmed his stance that he will not close the track
until the Supreme Court tells me to go to jail
He is taking several steps to help eliminate the issues some nearby residents have with the track. For example, he has brought in water trucks, and laid down sod to keep the dust down. He is also planning on putting up box trailers around the track to try to eliminate some of the noise.
Sounds like he's doing a good job of trying to be a civil neighbor without folding. Lets hope he's able to keep up the good fight by keeping the track open, but also to keep his neighbors happy.
