Germany Township in PA wants to govern how and when tax paying citizens from riding on their property. More legislation taking away your rights to do what you want on your own property.
New riding hours would be from 8:00am to 8:00pm, 50 feet from property lines, 20 feet from creeks, and you're not allowed more than 2 at a time. But that's not it, folks... T
HEY WANT TO FORCE YOU TO TAKE ONE HOUR BREAKS FOR EVERY ONE HOUR IN THE saddle!
Um, WHAT?!?!
A similar ordinance was passed this winter in Paradise Township, York County. Supervisors are expected to act on the ordinance at their Aug. 13 meeting. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and will be held at the Littlestown Fraternal Order of Eagles on Mengus Mill Road. If you're in that area, you might want to attend that meeting and tell the supervisors that this kind of legislation is bullshit.
