Man Threatens to Shoot Next ATVs That Run Him Over

...And quite honestly, who could blame him? Bill Burgund is a retired cop who lost his left leg in the line of duty. He lives in Montana and hikes along Lost Horse Road near lake como regularly.

On a recent hiking trip up a restricted non-OHV use road, he was run over by a guy on an ATV. The guy on the ATV hardly looked back as he sped off. Now Bill Burgund will be carrying his gun when he hikes, and promises to shoot the next guy that runs him over.

While on the one hand, I can understand where he's coming from. But on the other hand, I surely hope he plans on waiting to see if the next guy that runs him over will stop to offer assistance, and if they DO stop, will Bill Burgund wait to shoot him until after he receives any help there is offered?
