Man Charged When Friend Left in Ditch After ATV Crash
Back on September 15, a guy riding an ATV at about 60 miles per hour, ran in to the back of his friends ATV. Both of the ATVs ended up in a nearby ditch, flipped over in the water. The guy that ran in to the back of his friend said he did not see his friend after the accident, and he thought that his friend had left the scene of the accident, so he left as well.
What he didn't know was that his friend was actually pinned under the ATV in the water. He didn't find out he was hurt until the next day when he called his friends mom.
A guy that lived near where the accident happened heard someone yelling for help, and went and found the man trapped under the up side down ATV. The other guy's ATV was upside down in the water as well.
This probably isn't going to end well for that guy, or their friendship.
