Lawyers Stretch the Truth About ATV Statistics
We don't always expect complete honesty from lawyers.
2 days ago I told you about an article that flat out lied about ATV death statistics. Here's another that's ignoring the fact that death and injury rates are declining, this time from a lawyer at injuryboard.com. The title says: ATV Accidents Increasing then immediatly point to the 555 deaths in 2006 while ignoring the previous two years' deaths of 666 and 745 respectively.
No, we don't expect honesty from lawyers. Especially when they stand to make a few bucks.

Not all lawyers are like that. You cannot speak in general just because one is misinforming you.
