Kazuma ATVs Deemed Unsafe, CPSC Suggests You Request Refund!

Filed in archive ATV , ATV Safety , News by Matt on June 11, 2007

The Consumer product safetylinks Commission has deemed Kazuma Meerkat 50cc kids quads unsafe and dangerous, and urge owners to stop using them now and request a full refund.

The CPSC attempted to get the distributor of the Chinese made ATVs, Stafford, Texas-based Kazuma Pacific Inc., to issue a recall, but they refused.

The reasons the CPSC wants to issue a recall is because the ATV has no front or parking brake, and it can be started in gear.

Developing.
