Install home security system at home and go on a bike tour with peace of mind
If you are a motorbike enthusiast, I would suggest you head to Africa which will offer you once in a lifetime experience. You can vroom on your bike on a motorcycle safari in Tanzania or check out the beautiful South African coastline. You could either rent out a bike from motorcycle tour companies or get some paperwork done to ship your own from your home. If you reside in Europe then it makes sense to go for a ride in Tunisia or Morocco and bring your bike along as it will save your hard earned money.
You should include the following items while planning your biking adventure:
Motorcycle gear including boots, helmets and gloves
Personal medical insurance
Evacuation coverage
Camel back drinking system
It would be better to join a tour as you will get a mechanic along who will be helpful during breakdown. Safety can be a concern in Africa therefore traveling makes more sense and a support vehicle can take care of your excess baggage. And while you are away on your trip, I would suggest you install home security system in your house so that nobody breaks into it in your absence and you drive your bike peacefully in the deserts of Africa.

Very true on ‘vrooming’ in an African Safari with a bike but you rather buy one there as they are currently cheap. Problem is, the traffic rules are not that obeyed in some countries hence you have to be careful in certain busy roads.
