Indiana Man Wants Control Private Property Due to ATVs

Robert Stump, a bored disabled vet in DeMotte wants to stop people from riding ATVs and motorcycles on public roads. Seems fair enough. But it seems Stump is upset that they can't control what these individuals are doing on their private property. He is annoyed that people have built dirt tracks on their property, (like I have). (I ride respectful of my neighbors)

I understand that if these folks are riding recklessly, especially around kids, it needs to stop. But leave it at that, don't get bent about what others are doing on their property.

And another thing, he complains that people can't sell their houses because of the ATVs and motorcycles. A suggestion would be to simply market it to that type of person.
