Idaho to Force OHVs on to Designated Trails

Beginning May 15, Off Road Vehicles (OHV) will be required to remain on designated roads and trails. Also, trails created by users that are not "authorized" will be shut down in the Palouse Ranger District.
More planning, as they call it, is under way for the Clearwater National Forest. There have been 32 miles of trails and two new trailheads built on the Upper Palouse River drainage area. They're planning a total of 50 miles.
ATV users are being asked to get OHV stickers (i.e. pay a fee) so they can use the money collected to close more trails, err, I mean maintain the area.
Honestly, they're closing more and more areas every day while claiming to "open" much smaller trails as if they are doing off roaders a favor.
A map of the newly signed and designated trails and two new trailheads is available at http://www.idahoohv.org/maps/palouse.pdf.
