Honda's New Official Weight Spec Will Include All Liquids
Filed in archive News on August 6, 2007
Honda Motors announced that they will be using curb weight instead of Dry Weight in their official descriptions. That means all liquids, full tank of gas, accessories etc.
Beginning this year, the official weight spec for all our products will be a full wet or "curb weight". Curb weight includes all standard equipment, required fluids and a full tank of fuel-ready to ride. We are making this change to provide you and the public with a real world figure which is easier to verify and compare.
