With gas looming at $4.00 a gallon, well over that for diesel, it's getting harder and harder to plan trips to the desert to go off roading and ride the ATVs. It's affecting everything around us, too. Food, materials, necessities of every kind are going up in price because of the high (and ever increasing) price of gas.

Getting the cash to go out for a weekend of 2 wheel and 4 wheel fun is taking more planning and more work. While it's really nice to live here in San Diego when it comes to things like surfing, skiing, hiking, biking etc, the price you pay for this level of enjoyment is way up there. Getting where you want to go is going to be more expensive, so you better start saving early!
