Half a Million Arctic Cat ATVs Produced

Today marked the 500,000th Arctic Cat to come off the production line in Thief River Falls. Quite an achievement if you ask me. Arctic Cat has really been making a name for themselves lately. Seems you can't talk about utility ATVs without somebody bringing up and staunchly defending Arctic Cat ATVs. I'm sure it has much to do with their long time success building snow mobiles. It's a natural progression to ATVs in my opinion, so I would only be surprised if they didn't do well.

I notice that Arctic Cat produces a diesel model that gets better mileage and has more low end power. Gotta try to get a test ride on one of those.
