Farmers Still On Hold For Driving ATVs on Roads

What I will go into, however, is why they're not allowed to ride their ATVs on the roads. If you think about it, you're able to drive a car, tractor, bicycle, walk, ride horses, buggies, Scooters
etc on the public roads, so why not an ATV?I would have to guess that it's because they're not made to go on pavement. They're dangerous when you ride them on pavement, so they're not allowed. I'm sure some folks won't be happy with that, and I can sort of understand why, but if it's a safety issue, then is shouldn't be ignored, IMHO.
