West Virginia is on pace to reduce significantly the number of deaths from ATV accidents. This means that while the overall number of accidents was declining as a percentage of the number of people riding, the actual number of deaths regardless of the massive increase in ATV usage, is going down as well.

That, dear readers, means a DRASTIC reduction over-all. Not just on a per-capita basis, but an over-all reduction regardless of the increase in users. This is much MUCH better than ATV opponents are willing to accept, let alone acknowledge.
