What they're trying to do, according to Dr natalie
Yanchar, medical directory of Halifax IWK Health Center, is ban children under the age of 16 driving ATVs "anywhere, anytime, any size. Period."Well, Dr. Natalie, I'm holding my hand behind my back with one finger sticking up... guess which finger? (I'll give you a hint; it's NOT my Thumb!)
