Silver Hill Hospital donated the John Deere Gator ATV to go with their new mobile command center rig that they acquired from Homeland Security funds. They'll use it to access hard to get to places during emergencies and rescues. This type of project, a trailer used as a mobile command center, is becoming pretty common. This particular one is somewhat limited with the absence of reliable, dedicated two-way communication that can be added later, but does have nice features like cots, and digitally wired to plug in to city buildings to access data.
