Common Sense Seeping to the Top
port clinton ohio sees the forest for the ATVs, so to speak. In a recent article, they reiterated the safety issue with youths and ATVs. They understand that banning kids from ATVs is simply not the answer. Education is. They suggest mandatory safety classes. I agree. Especially for kids. Knowing there is danger is half the battle, and would likely reduce injuries by more than half when used in conjunction with helmets.
