People just love doughnuts. Cops love them on their break with a cup of coffee at the local Doughnut shop, and I love filming them while having a cup of coffee sitting on the motor-home at the desert.
If you've been here before, you've no doubt heard about Brando. That's my sons older cousin. He rides motorcycles, and does it pretty well for a 7 year old. He can also do doughnuts, and he's getting pretty good at that, too. He knows you have to turn into the doughnut, then give it some gas to break the back tires loose.
Learning to do doughnuts is important because it teaches you how to control a vehicle when the tires have lost traction. Knowing how a vehicle will react under adverse conditions is key to being a good driver, and one of the easiest, safest ways to learn that, is doing doughnuts.
