Safety is an important issue in many aspects of life. Even more so when it comes to our kids because they don't know better.
The Marshal Democrat News reports that some 1,200 students will be getting safety tips on many aspects of life on a farm, including topics such as dealing with accidents when you're alone, animal safety, gun safety, and my personal favorite, ATV safety!
Congrats to them and the Marshal FFA for keeping this up. While I don't usually condone the teaching of ATV safety without, you know... having an ATV to learn on, but I guess it's better than nothing.
