ASA Calls CBD, Sierra Club and PEER Out About MisInformation Tactic

Several Environmental Extremist Groups have been using emotion to get OHV areas shut down despite scientific data that clearly points to the opposite conclusion. The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), the Sierra Club and Desert Survivors have been making claims that scientific data collected in the study of Peirson's Milk Vetch (PMV) in the ISDRA OHV area is "fraudulent", claiming it was based on "junk science".
Apparently, the Center for Biological Diversity is more diverse than they're letting on. They, along with these other extremist groups, have shown time and again that they're willing to forsake facts and real data in order to get their way. They're playing on the emotions of unsuspecting people that don't really know any better and are not given both sides of any arguments.
And to take things a step further, these groups of extremists have declared intention to file yet another lawsuit to delay any action that may be taken now that the PMV is not as 'threatened" as the CBD, PEER and Sierra Club once tried to claim. They don't have the data to make their case, but they know they can delay the action and are perfectly happy wasting YOUR tax dollars doing it.
