Another Example of Helmet Safety

man riding an ATV on a country road hit a dog and was thrown off the ATV. The man, Brian E. Maples, 31, was not wearing a safety helmet when he hit the dog, and had to be flown to Cox South Hospital with serious injuries suffered from the accident.
Now don't get me wrong, I am not a person who thinks we should give the government more power than it knows what to do with, but each person who is riding should have the common sense to wear a helmet if they're going to be riding on the roads or anywhere else where they do more than 5 mph.
