A 6 year old Pennsylvania child is dead after he fell down 75 feet while not wearing a helmet. I don't know what size the ATV he was riding was, but I doubt it was appropriate for his size and riding skill.

Another sad indication that parents are not taking ATVs serious enough. Another sad indication that ATV enthusiasts are losing the battle of common sense.
