F1 Racing

The 2010 F1 calender has been published, and you can see the full listings here. Some of the landmark race dates include the season opener at Bahrain on the 14th March, two weeks before what has become the traditional opening race in Melbourne, which is second on the calendar.
Monaco is sixth on the list of dates, with the Grand Prix on 16th May. Monte Carlo is often the race which first catches the eye of the competitors, and this coming year it is sandwiched between the notorious, hotly contested Spanish and Turkish Grand Prix.
The second Spanish Grand Prix, known as the “European Grand Prix” and held in Valencia, features on the 27th June, two weeks before the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, which rather unfortunately falls on the same day as the World Cup Final in South Africa.
The last two races are held one week apart at Brazil and the middle-eastern showpiece Abu Dhabi, on the 7th and 14th November respectively.
